A mixed-use development regeneration of Elms Field in Wokingham Town Centre. Richardson Roofing carried out the zinc cladding and flat roofing works.
The works comprised of supplying and installing Rheinzinc 0.8mm thick pre weathered Blue/Grey zinc coverings to 6 no Dormers and 45 metre of ridge capping to the pitched roof of building M2. Zinc laid on Vapozinc underlay, fixed with fixed and sliding clips to timber substrates. Clad side cheeks, front face including jambs around windows and secret gutter. Apron at base of dormer. In addition to this Richardson’s installed Zinc angled seam cladding and metal deck substrates to the 4th Floor Area, 6no 3rd floor areas and the ground floor entrance area.
