	Industrial Roofing from Richardson Roofing Co. Ltd. Richardson Roofing Company Limited has an industrial division which often combines with the traditional side on management/design and build projects where there is a requirement for the complete roofing package. An example is Kingston Hospital below where the industrial division was involved in the tactrays; soffits and curtain wall cladding with rainwater goods. The traditional side was responsible for the felt, batten and fibre cement slating. Here are some examples of previous industrial roofing projects worked on by Richardson Roofing: Kingston Hospital Galsworthy Road, Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey Main Contractor: Alfred McAlpine Contract value: £214K East Surrey Hospital Due to cost consideration and the fact that the hospital was unable to shut for roofing works this contract was for an overlay system.
